Billing Information
We bulk-bill all Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders and children 16 and under for routine consultations.
All home visits and minor surgical procedures will incur a fee.
For all other consultations a gap fee may be charged. Gap fee is the amount we charge over the Medicare schedule fee.
• Payment is enquired on the day of the consult. Payment can be made by card (debit card or credit card), we can then reimburse you from Medicare according to the Medicare schedule fee, using your debit card or BSB and account number.

5mins – 20mins 39.75 $15 - $30
21mins – 40mins $76.95 $25 - $40
40+ mins $113.30 $30+
Procedures are dependent on the procedure $60.00+
Because of changes to the Medicare policies. All telehealth consults (phone or video) will incur a $20 gap fee from the 1st January 2023 , this includes pensioners and health care card holders and children under 16 years of age.
